INFORMATION

The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs or elevator. It sleeps four people and has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which has an ensuite walk-in shower. Towels and beach towels are provided. A fifth person can be accommodated upon request.

The apartment's living area features a semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, and dishwasher. Other kitchen utensils are also provided. In addition to the dining area, there is a cozy lounge chair (convertible into a single bed) and a smart TV with Chromecast, allowing you to watch digital TV whenever you like. A Netflix account is available.

All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning/heating, as well as roller shutters. The living room also has separate ceiling fans. A sliding window in the living room opens onto the south-facing terrace. The terrace is equipped with awnings on all sides, providing shade throughout the entire terrace if desired. It's wonderful to relax here on the cozy lounge set or enjoy a meal together.
There's plenty of privacy, and the terrace overlooks the freely accessible communal swimming pool and children's pool. The communal garden provides access to the pool with a separate children's area, sunbeds, and pergolas.
